Mirror (Couple’s) Wills – protecting your future together

Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) – safeguarding your future

  • An LPA is an essential legal document that lets you appoint trusted individuals (your Attorneys) to make important decisions on your behalf if you ever become unable to do so. There are two types of LPA:

    • Property & Financial Affairs LPA – Gives your Attorneys the authority to manage your finances, pay bills, access bank accounts, and even sell your home if needed.

    • Health & Welfare LPA – Allows your Attorneys to make personal decisions about your daily care, medical treatment, diet, and even long-term living arrangements.

    • Document storage, £25 per year

    Important: A separate registration fee of £82 per LPA is payable directly to the Office of the Public Guardian (exemptions and remissions may apply—please ask for details).
